Minimum Work Experience: Not mandatory, yet high motivation, excellent selling and communication skills required

Monthly Salary (AED): On a commission basis without a cap or Basic Salary with commission ( max. 100k AED per month)

Sales experience is preferable, however not mandatory, yet high motivation, excellent selling, and communication skills are required. Desirably with a basic knowledge of medical aesthetics/cosmetic procedures. Native or Fluent English is required, any additional European or Arabic language will be an asset. A candidate should be well-groomed, with delicately refined manners to match the high standards of our clinic concept, and with an ability to build and maintain a positive and beneficial relationship with our very important patients.   • Present, promote and sell clinic services using solid arguments to existing and prospective patients

  • Perform needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

  • Convert the lead on daily basis to a happy patients

  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments

  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports

  • Continuously improve through feedback Perform calls to existing patients
