We are currently looking to add a Customer Relationship Manager to our professional and growing team in Dubai.
The candidate is expected to be a high-level professional female, with a proven experience in the aesthetic industry and highly motivated for self-development with a proactive lifestyle. Perfect sales skill is a must-have requirement! The candidate should have exceptional customer service and communication skills, a very good knowledge of medical aesthetics/cosmetic procedures, and preferably extensive experience in working for clinics. Native or Fluent English is required, any additional European language will be an asset.
A candidate should be well-groomed, with delicately refined manners to match a high-end boutique clinic concept, and with an ability to build and maintain a positive and beneficial relationship with our very important patients and visitors. We welcome a candidate who is well socialized, with a modern lifestyle and high motivation showing the willingness for self-development.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients and other visitors to the clinic
Communicate with employees accordingly and assist doctors whenever necessary
Process patients’ files, and explain the clinic’s policies to them
Inside sales
Ensure that stationery needed for the smooth operation of the reception desk is always available
Answer patient questions and provide assistance and directions when necessary
Book and confirm patients’ appointments as per the clinic’s guidelines and standards
Perform administrative work
Utilize our medical office software to schedule new and follow-up appointments for the patients
Respond to phone calls and emails
Ensure that the clinic is opened at the appropriate time and supervise the cleaning of the clinic to create a clean, positive, and healthy environment
Skills

Native or Fluent English (additional European language will be an asset)
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Extensive experience in working for aesthetic clinics with at least a basic knowledge of cosmetic and aesthetic procedures
Proven communication and interpersonal skills.
