EDEN AESTHETICS Clinic, Dubai's premier destination for beauty and aesthetics, is seeking the Best of the Best to join our team as a Business Development Manager.
As our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and partners to help drive revenue growth for our clinic. You will also analyze market trends, research and identify potential business ventures, and create proposals and presentations for upper management.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Identify new business opportunities and assess their viability.
Develop proposals and presentations for new business ventures.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and project delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales in the beauty or aesthetics industry.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients and partners.
Strong organizational, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and business development software.
Knowledge of the beauty and aesthetics industry and market trends.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
