Immediately
A visible lift may be present, alongside swelling, tightness or small areas of puckering.
Days 2–7
Tenderness and bruising usually begin to ease as the threads start settling.
Weeks 2–12
Facial contours look more natural, while collagen production may gradually improve firmness and skin quality.
Around 12–18 months
Many patients may still see benefits, although longevity varies. Thread lift results are temporary and cannot be guaranteed.

Follow the clinician’s instructions. Keep the treated area clean, sleep on your back with the head elevated and handle the face gently. Avoid firm rubbing, facial massage, strenuous exercise and high heat until cleared.
Temporary swelling, bruising, tenderness, dimpling or asymmetry can occur. Less common risks include infection, persistent pain, visible threads, extrusion and nerve irritation. Contact the clinic for increasing redness, warmth, discharge, fever, severe pain or sudden asymmetry.
