Skin may look pink and feel warm or tight, similar to mild sun exposure. This usually fades steadily.

After a microneedling treatment, skin may appear red, warm or slightly sensitive for 24–72 hours. Follow the recommended aftercare by using a gentle cleanser, moisturiser and broad-spectrum SPF, while avoiding makeup, retinoids, exfoliating acids, swimming, saunas, strenuous exercise and direct sun exposure until the skin has settled.
