EDEN AESTHETICS Clinic, Dubai's premier destination for beauty and aesthetics, is seeking the Best of the Best to join our team as the Director of Sales & Marketing.
As our Director of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, increasing brand awareness and developing new revenue streams. You will also work closely with our other department heads to ensure a smooth operation and project delivery.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Manage sales and marketing staff.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities for business growth.
Develop proposals and presentations for new business ventures.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and project delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the beauty or aesthetics industry.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients and partners.
Strong organizational, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing/sales software.
Knowledge of marketing and sales techniques and trends.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
