We are looking for an exceptional, highly experienced Operations Manager with a proven track record in Dubai’s aesthetic clinic industry.
Your most important responsibility will be to lead, motivate, and develop our team — creating an environment where people take ownership, support one another, and consistently deliver an outstanding patient experience.
What we’re looking for:
* Extensive, proven experience managing aesthetic clinics in Dubai — mandatory.
* Outstanding team leadership: The ability to build trust, set clear expectations, motivate people, and address performance issues constructively.
* Talent development: A strong ability to recognise each team member’s strengths, identify development needs, and provide coaching that helps individuals and the wider team grow.
* Recruitment and candidate selection: Proven experience identifying staffing needs, conducting effective interviews, assessing candidates’ capabilities and service mindset, and selecting the right people for the right roles.
* Operational problem-solving: The ability to recognise bottlenecks, communication gaps, and challenges across the patient journey — and implement practical, lasting improvements.
* Premium patient service: A deep understanding of VIP patient expectations, with the judgment and professionalism to handle sensitive situations and maintain exceptional service standards.
* Organisation and accountability: Excellent planning, communication, and follow-through, with clear ownership of daily operations, team performance, and measurable results.
