Job Description
EDEN AESTHETICS Clinic | Medical and aesthetics clinic | Dubai | Full-time or part-time, on-site
The opportunity
EDEN AESTHETICS Clinic is looking for a practical AI and automation specialist who can understand how the clinic operates, identify worthwhile improvements and personally build the systems to deliver them.
There is no fixed technical brief for one chatbot or integration. This person will work with the team to find where time is being wasted, enquiries are being lost, data is disconnected or manual processes are limiting growth, then recommend and implement the most useful solutions.
The goal is a more efficient, well-managed and scalable clinic: less repetitive work, faster and more consistent service, better information for decisions and reliable systems that staff can use every day.
What you will own
Business discovery and priorities
Map workflows with reception, marketing, sales, administration and leadership. Understand current tools, data, recurring tasks and process failures. Prioritise opportunities by business value, effort, cost and risk, and agree a practical roadmap. Use straightforward automation where it is enough.
Implementation and integrations
Personally build, configure and deploy AI agents, automations, APIs, webhooks and integrations. Connect approved CRM, messaging, booking, reporting and internal tools. Work confidently with code where required and existing platforms where appropriate.
Patient communication and coordination
Identify appropriate ways to support enquiry handling, lead qualification, reminders, follow-up, appointment coordination and staff handover. Use approved information and clear escalation rules. Patient-facing tools must operate within agreed limits, with clinical questions and decisions referred to qualified staff.
Internal workflows and reporting
Reduce repeated data entry and improve task routing, notifications, document handling and management reporting. Help marketing connect campaign activity to patient and commercial outcomes. Build useful dashboards and checks so teams can see what needs attention.
Reliability and data protection
Test before launch and monitor after deployment. Address duplicate events, conflicting bookings, incorrect outputs, failed integrations and unavailable services. Provide safe fallbacks and human handover. Apply access controls, appropriate data handling and approved consent processes; involve clinic leadership and relevant advisers where required.
Adoption and ongoing ownership
Document systems, train staff and maintain what is deployed. Track usage and running costs, resolve failures and improve systems as needs change. Keep accounts, credentials, documentation and custom work accessible to the clinic under the agreed ownership arrangement. Recommend additional expertise when necessary.
The person we are looking for
A builder with real business deployments to demonstrate, including systems that connect to other tools, perform useful actions and continue working after launch.
Strong experience with APIs, webhooks, authentication, data flows and practical programming. Comfortable using automation platforms such as n8n or equivalent, and writing code when an existing connector is insufficient.
Practical experience with AI agents, model APIs, retrieval or knowledge systems where relevant, and testing output quality. Able to explain where AI is useful, where simpler rules are better and where a person should stay in control.
Able to troubleshoot failures, manage permissions and credentials, monitor performance and costs, and maintain integrations. Clear about the difference between a demonstration and a supported production system.
Able to assess business processes independently, explain trade-offs in plain English and work directly with staff. Comfortable taking responsibility in a small team and identifying when extra support is needed.
Based in Dubai and available for a full-time or part-time, on-site role. For part-time arrangements, working hours, on-site availability and support responsibilities will be agreed in advance. Availability and any continuing outside commitments must be clear.
Experience with clinic workflows, appointment systems, CRM platforms such as HubSpot, and official business messaging integrations is especially valuable. Familiarity with marketing attribution and reporting is useful. The final tool choices will follow the clinic assessment.
