Job Description
EDEN AESTHETICS Clinic | Medical and aesthetics clinic | Dubai | Full time onsite
The opportunity
EDEN AESTHETICS Clinic is looking for an experienced marketing leader to take ownership of the clinic’s growth. This person will understand the business, identify what is holding it back and turn that understanding into a clear plan that the team can deliver.
The remit covers strategy, paid advertising, brand, content, social media, CRM and the patient journey from first enquiry to repeat visit. The goal is sustainable, profitable growth: more suitable patients, better conversion, stronger retention and clear visibility of what is working.
The clinic is looking for someone who can bring direction as well as execute. Priorities will be developed after reviewing the business, rather than handed over as a fixed list of campaigns.
What you will own
Growth strategy and commercial planning
Assess performance, patient demand, service profitability and available appointment capacity. Set priorities, budgets and a practical marketing plan with clinic leadership. Recommend which services, audiences and channels to develop, and where to stop spending.
Acquisition and campaign performance
Lead Meta and Google advertising, landing pages, offers and conversion testing. Improve local search, SEO and other relevant channels. Be able to inspect accounts, make decisions and work directly on campaigns when needed. Scale spend when the commercial results support it.
Brand and content
Give the clinic a consistent, credible position across its website, social media and advertising. Lead content planning, creative briefs and quality control, working with doctors, creators and production support. Build patient trust and ensure claims, testimonials and patient imagery follow the clinic’s approval and consent processes.
Conversion and patient retention
Work with reception and sales to improve response times, follow-up, booking conversion and attendance. Develop appropriate reactivation, repeat-visit, referral and retention activity. Identify where enquiries are being lost and agree practical fixes with the people responsible.
Team and delivery
Set clear responsibilities, deadlines and reporting routines for staff, freelancers and agencies. Review their work, improve standards and recommend the resources needed. Keep plans moving through clear ownership and regular follow-through.
Lead and motivate the marketing team, recognise individual strengths and develop team members’ skills. Identify capability gaps and help recruit, interview and select the right candidates and external specialists.
Measurement and optimisation
Connect source, campaign and spend to bookings, attended appointments and collected revenue. Work with finance and operations to validate the numbers and understand acquisition cost, retention and contribution after marketing costs. Partner with the AI specialist on tracking, CRM and useful automation.
The person we are looking for
A broad marketing leader with evidence of personally improving business results and leading delivery across several disciplines. Strong working knowledge of paid media, content, brand, CRM, reporting and conversion is essential; specialist support can be used where needed.
Comfortable taking ownership in a growing business: diagnosing problems, making priorities clear, managing budgets and people, and following work through to a measurable result.
Able to explain campaign economics and distinguish leads, bookings, attended visits, collected revenue and profit. Clear about which results were personally delivered and which were a team effort.
Able to work closely with reception, sales, clinicians and leadership, communicate clearly in English and handle patient information responsibly.
Based in Dubai and available for a full-time onsite role. Availability and any continuing outside commitments must be clear.
Experience in aesthetics, healthcare, wellness or another appointment-based service business is especially valuable, as is knowledge of the UAE market. Relevant results, judgment and ownership matter more than a particular degree or job title.
