We are currently looking for a front desk receptionist to join our team in Dubai.

The receptionist is expected to be a high-level professional female, with experience in the aesthetic industry. The candidate should have exceptional customer service and communication skills. A candidate must have a very good knowledge of medical aesthetics/cosmetic procedures and preferably extensive experience in working for clinics. Native or Fluent English and Arabic is required. Computer/office programs are a must and easy navigation through websites and social media channels.

A candidate should be well-groomed, with delicately refined manners to match a high-end boutique clinic concept, with an ability to build and maintain a positive and beneficial relationship with our very important patients and visitors. We welcome a candidate who is well socialized, with a modern lifestyle and high motivation showing the willingness of self-development.


Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients and other visitors to the clinic

  • Perform administrative work

  • Communicate with employees accordingly and assist doctors whenever necessary

  • Process patients’ files, and explain the clinic’s policies to them

  • Ensure that stationery needed for the smooth operation of the reception desk are always available

  • Answer patient questions and provide assistance and directions when necessary

  • Book and confirm patients’ appointments as per the clinic’s guidelines and standards

  • Utilize our medical office software to schedule new and follow-up appointments for the patients

  • Respond to phone calls and emails

  • Ensure that the clinic is opened at the appropriate time and supervise the cleaning of the clinic to create a clean, positive, and healthy environment


  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Native or Fluent English and Arabic

  • Has 3 years of experience

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills

  • Extensive experience in working for aesthetic clinics with at least a basic knowledge of cosmetic and aesthetic procedures

  • Has proven communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Computer Skills (MS Office, Email, Google drive, web, social media, database management, etc.)

  • Is a quick learner with a flexible personality to adapt to different environments
